Mahogany Regency Tea Table in Milnthorpe, Cumbria for sale

A beautiful mahogany Regency tea table, made around 1830, the table has been in our family since the 1970's. We have appreciated this lovely antique table, standing on the landing, but hardly ever used, and now we are downsizing, this table needs to go to a good home. In excellent condition, the table's rich colour provides a wonderful platform to display an antique or folded as a hall table with a vase of flowers! The table folds in half for space saving, then you swivel the top 90o and open it up to become the full table. The smooth round pedestal stands on a drum shaped base with four large clawed feet supporting. The whole table is in very good condition, just the edge of the round base has some small pieces of veneer missing, but does not detract from the beauty of this table.
